Lisa Evans received her BFA in Art Direction from College for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI
in 1993 and has since worked with various advertising agencies including Doner and Bates
USA (now JWT) working on accounts including Coca-Cola retail promotions, Iams, CVS
Pharmacy and BP. Packed with branding knowledge and a love for design, Fresh Identity
Design was born making world class branding accessible to a wide range of businesses

Chelsea Barrett is a 2008 graduate of Motlow State Community College.  She joined The
Crabtree Group in October of 2008 as Administrative Assistant.  Chelsea does all of the
Scheduling and Event Planning for The Crabtree Group.  She also organizes and keeps
track of all client records.  Chelsea lives in Cowan, TN with her husband James Barrett.

Dr. David Bradley
Sean received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administratio from Middle Tennessee
State University in 1991 and then immediately began a successful career in the start up
and build out of what is today one of the largest telecommunications networks in the
United States.  In addition to being one of the company’s top commercial sales
executives for nearly eight years, Sean served as a Team and Quality Trainer for direct
and indirect distribution channels for the tri-state Tennessee region.

Here he learned first hand that the training business professionals take for granted, are
nonexistent in dentistry.  Seeking to change that, he founded The Crabtree Group LLC
with one goal in mind.  To have success in dentistry defined by business training and
management acumen, rather than trial and error over time.  Since early 1998, Sean has
co-founded four successful companies and conducted hundreds of dental training
programs all across the United States, Western Canada and the Caribbean.

Sean’s management style focuses on the successful creation of TEAM and builds on
this foundation to create massive results in all departments of the healthcare practice.  
In just the first year of joining his program, his offices on average boast a remarkable
46% increase in production and collection, while in many instances working fewer days.  
His unique experience in sales and training coupled with his unrelenting dedication,
bring a fresh, exciting approach to the business of dentistry.  

Sean, his wife Jenny and their daughter Marilee reside just outside Winchester
Tennessee, on the shores of Tim’s Ford Lake.
Matt Stratton earned his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Oakland University in 1998
and began a very successful career as a professional sales person.  He has worked
with healthcare providers directly throughout his career for pharmaceutical and
biomedical companies.  Over his 11 year career, Matt was repeatedly one of the top
sales professionals for these companies.  He also held positions such as Regional
Sales Trainer, New Hire Mentor, and Product Advisor.

In 2002, Matt’s wife Heather graduated from dental school and began her career as a
General Dentist.  What he quickly discovered was that there is a large gap between the
business skills that are required to operate a successful small business and the
business skills that are taught in our dental schools.  Business strategy and practice
management are virtually absent from the curriculum.  

Having firsthand experience working on the Business Team at a dental office coupled
with his extensive experience in sales and training gives Matt unique and in-depth
understanding of the day-to-day challenges that face the modern dental team and how
to overcome them.  Working with The Crabtree Group LLC, Matt takes pride in helping
dental professionals acquire the knowledge and training they need to take their
practices to the next level.

Matt, his wife Heather and their son AJ live in Macomb, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.
Cameron Bailey is a driven sales and marketing professional with a solid track
record of developing and growing sales and profit through business development,
superior client service and customer relationship management.  

He graduated from Tusculum College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.  While at Tusculum he helped
lead the men’s soccer team to a number one national ranking and into the
National NCAA Tournament.  

He comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs and has been in and around
small business his entire life.  He made a name for himself in the automotive
industry as a “go to” sales professional and sales manager.  He continually
exceeded expectations by planning and executing sales opportunities for his
teams.   

He has been involved in the planning and execution of national marketing
promotions, including Discovery Health Channel, AXE, and Gillette.  

Now he has joined forces with the Crabtree Group and is ready to help you take
your practice to the next level.
